In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Bahrain, refunds or exchanges are only granted if the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged upon arrival, or does not match provided specifications. Claims must be made within 15 days of purchase. Refunds are not applicable for change of mind once the product has been used or the packaging is opened, unless a hidden defect is discovered.
